It might sometimes seem like Fiji is simply a haven for families looking to bliss out by the pool with the concept of wellness left far far back at home (and ‘what’s the problem with that?’ we hear you say. Nothing, truly).

However in 2018, mega resort group Six Senses plans to shake-up the standard Fiji holiday with the launch of their latest property, a 90 villa luxury palace located on the pristine shores of Malolo Island.

And this time it’s personal.

No, really. It’s all about you. Or at least making a better version of you.

Spread over 650m of beach, Six Senses Malolo will not only boast private pools, sundecks, natural organic bed linen, and uninterrupted views of the bright blue waters of the South Pacific Ocean.

Guests will also have the opportunity to join the resort’s Integrated Wellness Program, created by Dr Michael Breus, Dr. Steven Gundry and Dr. Mehmet Oz (yes, That Dr. Oz), which sees spa staff analyse guests behaviour and lifestyle to create a tailored fitness and nutrition program to nurture your soul as well as your body.

This also includes a that old resort favourite… the fitness centre. But Six Senses has supercharged the concept, creating a 35,600 square-foot sanctuary, or Wellness Village, complete with personal trainers available, daily yoga classes, a lounge with a sauna, steam room, plus cold and hot plunge pools.

And if you’re partial to your own little slice of paradise, you’re in luck— there’ll be 60 Six Senses-built luxury residences here in the next few years.

So if ever there was a time to save your pennies by cutting down on store-bought lattes, this would be it.
