Two spectacular vintages joined forces when House of Arras, Australia’s preeminent sparkling wine producer, celebrated 20 years of world class sparkling wine craftsmanship with an exclusive dinner within the hallowed halls of the Great Hall at The University of Sydney.

Hosted by House of Arras master winemaker Ed Carr, guests dined on gold mirror-topped dining tables beneath the stunning archways of one of Sydney’s oldest and most revered buildings. The takeaway? Truly great structures, be they architectural or molecular, will always stand the test of time.

To mark the occasion, guests dined on a five-course dinner with paired wines from the House of Arras range. Topped off with a stunning smoke-screened and choreographed pouring of the limited edition release of the 1998 House of Arras 20th Anniversary Late Disgorged, an extremely rare and coveted sparkling wine, with only 300 bottles in production.
