What to say about this year. Has it been the best of times and the worst of times? What even counts as ‘best’ when we’re so far down the rabbit hole of ‘worst’?

We suppose the good that’s come from is that it can be best summed up as a ‘reflective’ year. When you’re stuck in your house there’s not much else you CAN do except ponder over life.

Oh and cook.

Which brings us to the introduction of our new series: Meeting You Where You Eat

Yes, it’s a spinoff of our motto of ‘Meeting You Where You’re At’.

Where everyone is at? In the kitchen cooking comfort food and talking about where they’re at emotionally and with life.

We’re kicking off our first episode by talking to Jayde Balderston from The Grey Consulting.

Apart from being a PR genius and the best player of Cards Against Humanity that we know — Jayde Balderston also happens to be battling Endometriosis. Or, as we prefer to look at it, THRIVING with Endo— because nobody tackles life quite like her.

Join us for dinner as we talk about the oft’ unspoken war between women’s navels & their vaginas, while Dom cooks us his trademark dish: Passata.

Watch below on Facebook. It’s also available here on YouTube.
